Palemia, [Samoan]: n, Prime Minister.
Hello, my name is Dennis.
At the time of writing, the Prime Minister of Samoa is Tuila’epa. I know him well . . . very well in fact . . . for I lived in Samoa for seven years from 2009-2016 when in September, Tui [as he asked me to call him], evicted me from Paradise. On 1 September 2016, he informed the international carriers (not me, BTW) that I was henceforth a ‘persona non-grata‘, technically a “prohibited immigrant” then, in another despicable, cowardly act, he asked his people to deceive my wife and me to get me out. He’s also the Samoan Minister of Immigration and anything else important so he can do that, even if I was there on a valid visitor’s permit and he broke several of Samoan’s own laws to get rid of me!
But as they say, if you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime! I wrote the book Corruption in Samoa and named names. That I lost all as a result, including Samoan wife and family is just life eh?
We all move on, but Palemia.com is my way of sharing the truth behind the spin from ‘King Kong’ Tuila’epa; the reality behind the politics; the true cost of Samoan racism and the incredible foolishness of mankind when they run the gauntlet of pride.
Palemia.com designed as an ongoing resource designed to bring Tuila’epa, representative of a proud Samoan people, to account. Some brave souls attempt to snipe at his neoptism, corruption and deceit.
Having lost all at his and his cronies hands, I know the heavy price one pays for speaking up, but whistleblowing, while costly for the individual, is vital for the well-being of the whole. As a very high chief said to me once when I first came to Samoa, “Dennis, if there is one thing I admire about you, it is that you are prepared to pay the price for speaking [the truth]!”
Tui knew that his exposure was coming, for I warned him many times – that’s why he moved when and how he did to rid his sphere of influence from the “whistles that threaten”. Enjoy these letters to the ‘big man’ now, online here or in book format. I pray that you not only learn from, but dare to apply the lessons to be gleaned from my speaking the truth, hopefully in love – albeit tough love.
O Le Palemia
OLP blogs about the Palemia of Samoa (Prime Minister Tuila’epa) calling him “corrupt Tuila’epa“.
He also reveals information relating to Tuila’epa’s support of a 2016 Stigmata ‘hoax’.
The Samoan government has been unsuccessful in finding out who OLP is and securing his arrest. Mr Prime Minister, Tui, you know where I was and am . . . yet you booted me out. Leave OLP alone and come after me please.
Palemia – A Memoir
The Prime Minister of Samoa is released his Memoirs “Palemia” with Peter Swain on 31 May 2017.
Tuilla’epa has been Palemia of Samoa for almost two decades.
His leadership has increased Samoa’s indebtedness; corruption has increased however infrastructure and opportunities for the elite have progressed.
Tui on Tui, of course, omits the content in Palemia.com and speaks of the past, his past, something he is renowned for.
Corruption in Samoa
Investigative blogger Dennis A. Smith has released his book Corruption in Samoa in May/June 2017.
This is the book that got the author banned from Samoa in September 2016 for naming names.
Revelations of Samoa’s Prime Minister’s ‘inappropriate’ relationship with one of his CEO’s caused the Palemia to threaten legal action against the author, who then classifying him “prohibited immigrant” then booted him out.
